The Benefits of Microsoft Office 365

If you subscribe to Office 365, you’ll get a client you’ll need to download to your pc. There are also other web-based applications that you can run in your browser. But what are the apps we get when we subscribe? When you order Office 365, you can download it to any of your well-known Office program machines, including Word.

Excel, Powerpoint, etc. It’s also handy because you get access to online versions of these programs, and if you store your files on OneDrive, many sessions become easier. You can work alternately between the desktop and online environments at any time. What’s more, we also get access to many apps that are only available online.

With an Office 365 subscription, you can install downloadable programs on multiple PCs (unlike a standard Office license) and switch between platforms so that you can add your favorite Office programs to Windows and Mac. You can use the following desktop programs when you subscribe: Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, Skype, Publisher, Access.

However, the online part is more interesting because you can also use some online-exclusive apps with the subscription. Some of these are free, but some are only available with Office 365. Keep in mind that these web apps use your OneDrive storage during your session, so you might want to use them with reason because they can fill up your free storage, but web apps also have the advantage of working with them from anywhere via OneDrive, and your files are synced. The following online apps are available with Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, People, Calendar, Tasks, Sway, Skype, Bing, Forms, MSN, Office, Flow.

Some programs may be unknown to many, but it is worth trying all of them to see if there is anything that is still useful besides the usual programs. For example, Sway can create online presentations, while Forms allows you to create online questionnaires and quizzes for various purposes.

An Office 365 subscription can be a good choice for people who work from many machines and need a cloud-based service for Office programs and access
files. It’s worth trying for at least a month!
