The Vivo devices would have gone to Bangkok and Thailand, but the smartphone shipment caught fire at the Hong Kong airport.

AirLive recently reported a huge fire broke out recently at Hong Kong International Airport. On Sunday, 5 a.m. local time, the Vivo smartphone cargo caught fire, and a video was made of the fire.

Firefighters put out several pallets of the phones in roughly 40 minutes.

Experts are still investigating what caused the fire, but it is speculated that the batteries in the devices may have caught fire. This is because lithium batteries can easily catch fire if exposed to certain forces. No one was injured in the accident.
