The Huawei MateBook X Pro is updated with Core i7-1195G7 processors and 14.2 “screen
Huawei has renewed one of its most advanced laptops, the Huawei MateBook X Pro, in its 2022 edition to equip it with Intel Core Tiger Lake Core i7-1195G7 processors. This is a minor change from this year’s variant that already featured the Core i7-1165G7, but it is not the only novelty.
The MateBook X Pro 2022 increases its screen size from 14 inches to 14.2 inches and takes the opportunity to put a few more pixels: from 3,000 x 2,000 pixels, we now go to 3,120 x 2,080 pixels and with the same 3: 2 format. This panel is LTPS type and achieves a 90 Hz refresh rate with a maximum brightness of 500 cd / m². This display also offers touch support, a native contrast of 1500: 1, and promises full coverage of the DCI-P3 range with an average DeltaE of less than one, along with support for HDR.
The equipment measures 310mm x 221mm with a thickness of just 15.5mm, allowing it to fight in the league of high-end ultrathin ultrabooks. The prisoner is also relatively contained, below 1.4 kg.
The Huawei MateBook X Pro 2022 will arrive with Windows 11; initially, it will do so in China with a price that starts at 1,415 dollars in its variant with Core i5, 16 GB of RAM, and 512 GB of SSD. The model with the Core i7-1195G7, 16 GB of RAM, and 1 TB of internal storage go up to 1,924 dollars.
