The BBC advises Russian viewers to tune in to its programs via the dark web.

The Russian authorities have banned the British public service channel (BBC), but this is not a significant obstacle.

Russia has banned the BBC, but that does not mean that the site is really out of reach of the Russians. The British public service media shared a 2019 article on Twitter detailing how to access the BBC interface using the dark web, the Tor client.

Moreover, the BBC has also left specific dark web links on Twitter, which provide direct access to their pages in Russian and Ukrainian.
