Only a few films and users will see comments under the video’s play bar for the time being, but if the response is positive, the upgrade will be rolled out more widely. SoundCloud can display posts related to a given date, one of its unique features.
According to AndroidPolice, YouTube has started testing a similar feature that would allow users to see postings in the play bar while the video is playing in the future.
By the way, YouTube has long allowed users to highlight a specific moment of content in their videos – a significant pedophile scandal erupted a few years ago – but because of the novelty, they may be seen even if the viewer doesn’t scroll down to the videos.

By the way, YouTube already has a feature like this. While watching live videos, posts rotate in a sidebar, and each receives a timestamp. And Google is presently testing the feature only on mobile.
This is only seen in a few videos and is only accessible to a select few users. The extent to which the component is implemented will most likely be determined by how well it is received.
