Xiaomi is already testing MIUI 13 on Android 12 and 11
According to the latest news, Xiaomi is already testing the MIUI 13 user interface with steam power, based on Android 12 and Android 11.
Some insiders have managed to dig into the source code of the interface, in which they came across a lot of interesting information, for example, a list of devices that may be the first to receive the new software.
After picking up the source code, it turns out that in addition to the Xiaomi 12, the Xiaomi 12X will also debut in December. You know, it’s some of the more compact mobiles you’ve heard of, with a Snapdragon 870 chip, a 6.28-inch AMOLED display, and a 50-megapixel camera.
There was also data on the Redmi K50 in the code. The device will debut with MIUI 13 based on Android 11, just like the Xiaomi 12X. Of course, since there is still time until the devices are officially released, this may even change, but the build numbers currently found in the source code suggest this.
Owners of the Mi Mix 4, Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11, Redmi K40, K40 Pro, Mi 10S, and Mi 11 Lite 5G, on the other hand, can expect to receive the MIUI 13 interface built on Android 12 soon. Experts have found beta builds for these mobiles. It is unknown when this will happen, but it is assumed that updates will start sometime before the end of 2021.
