Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050: 8GB / 4GB GDDR6 with different graphics chips
Nvidia will launch two different variants of the GeForce RTX 3050. Just as it did with the GeForce GTX 1060, we will have two variants of varying capacity, where the higher capacity model has an additional improvement, a more powerful graphics chip. Of course, the progress is not that great, so there is still a gap for a possible and rumored GeForce RTX 3050 Ti.
We will thus come across an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 8GB that will feature the GA106-150 graphics chip, which will offer 2560 CUDA Cores along with 20 RT Cores and 80 Tensor Cores and TMUs. On the other hand, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 4GB will use the GA106-140 graphics chip, 2304 CUDA Cores, 18 RT Cores, and 72 Tensor Cores and TMUs. Both GPUs will share the same 128-bit memory interface.
