The Developers of Kena: Bridge of Spirits have some bad news for us

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is one of the most anticipated games of the year, and in our article on September game releases, we also said that we are looking forward (especially me) to the charming-looking, good game.

Kena creators Grier brothers Mike and Josh said in a recent interview with SoulVision Magazine that it was unlikely that Kena would have a sequel. It is more conceivable that the story will come to life in other media over time, for example, in a TV series or movie (the game already looks like a Pixar animated cartoon). The brothers told me that the game has excellent storytelling potential, so it doesn’t necessarily mean that the end of the game is necessarily the end of the franchise.

At the same time, the Griers explained that they wanted to develop an IP like Kena, but the brothers here thought of the focus of storytelling and gameplay, not the visuals.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits will be released for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on September 21, 2021.
