The Important parts of the PC versions of Uncharted seem to be left out
Something is missing
In September, Sony announced what had been suggested for some time, namely that the two latest installments in the hugely popular Uncharted series would be available on PC. In addition to desktops, the Legacy of Thieves Collection, which also comes to PlayStation 5, includes Uncharted 4: The Thief’s End and the smaller The Lost Legacy. However, according to the U.S. Age Limit Committee, the ESRB, something will be missing from the collection: online play modes.
If you look around the ESRB’s website, you can see that Uncharted four and The Lost Legacy also have the remark that “the ESRB has not evaluated online interactions.” The Legacy of Thieves Collection, on the other hand, writes that “there are no interactive elements.” Although these games are primarily known for their storytelling mode of play, Uncharted four has been multiplayer since its release and was made available in The Lost Legacy. This includes all kinds of PvP game modes, be it point-taking, treasure hunting, or hunting each other. But there have also been cooperative experiences, such as a surviving game mode since its release.
The VGC, which brought the news, asked Sony if it would miss multiplayer from the collection, but they haven’t received a response yet. The Legacy of Thieves Collection will arrive sometime in early 2022 for PS5 and soon after for PC.
