Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is free to try until December 19
Ubisoft’s 35th-anniversary celebrations are winding down, and to cap things off, the firm is giving us a free weekend of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, the franchise’s third-to-last installment. Players can enter the Ubisoft Connect page, download the game, and play it for free from today until December 19.
It’s crucial to remember that this is a free trial, not a permanent gift; therefore, the game will vanish from your library after December 19.
Some new features from the franchise will be found in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. First, we have two playable protagonists to pick from Alexios and Kassandra. Odyssey also boasts a new dialogue system that is much more refined and adaptable.
The naval battle is back, as with other well-known traits. However, the maritime fight in this chapter is significantly faster, tighter, and more violent than in prior installments. Boats can also fire spears and arrows, so taking a boat to explore the islands of Ancient Greece is always an exciting option. Finally, there are two game modes in Assassin’s Creed: Guided and Exploration.
In Guided mode, players are given mission objectives automatically, and the markers are constantly visible. The Exploration mode, on the other hand, does not provide goals. Thus players must explore the planet to uncover the various tasks.
If they decide to try Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, they must go to its page in the store or go to Ubisoft Connect to download it. The free trial period ends on December 19, so you have three days to play it.
