A service called Netflix Games, the company’s gaming platform, has officially launched, so in addition to movies and series, there is another entertainment in addition to subscriptions. For the time being, production is quite limited, but continuous expansion is expected.
Netflix Games has launched in 190 countries simultaneously, but the service is only available for Android users in the first round and is expected to launch later on iOS.
But what does all this mean? It’s pretty much about the fact that your Netflix subscription comes with games. There are currently five titles on the list, these are:
Games must be installed from the Play Store but only work with a Netflix subscription. For now, this doesn’t seem like a big bang, but hopefully, the list will expand later, and more severe titles will be added to Netflix, perhaps to offset the recently announced rise in price.
Games based on Stranger Things, for example, maybe played as part of the subscription and without in-app purchases – though only on Android for the time being.
Netflix’s own video gaming service, which has been promised for months, was introduced in November, according to the Independent.
On Tuesday, the “Games” area within the app became available for Android users, where customers can meet five titles for the time being. The novelty will be available to sample starting November 3rd.

NVIDIA’s cloud game streaming service, GeForce Now, is expanded with new games every Thursday, but now a new subscription has also been added.
So far, you have a choice of 2 subscriptions, between limited free and 6 hours paid. The latter means you can play with GeForce Now for 6 hours in a row. The new 3rd subscriptionis the RTX 3080 and will be available this year by the end of the year.
The RTX 3080, as its name suggests, will stream games in exceptionally high quality. On PCs and Macs, we can go up to 120 fps in 1440p, but 4K 60 fps will also be an option on NVIDIA Shield TVs. The subscription offers 8 hours of play, meaning the 6 hours mentioned above have been increased.

More helpful information became well-known before the release of Windows 11 on October 5; UL, the developer of 3DMark measurement software, said a security feature in the operating system could dramatically reduce FPS by as much as a quarter, according to PC Gamer measurements.
Virtualization-based security (VBS) is responsible for the problem, and when it is turned on, the operating system stores some of its processes in a highly protected area of memory. This can make it massively harder for malware to disable certain security features and exploit vulnerabilities that sound in them, which sounds great.
However, VBS is a nightmare for gamers, and even when using processors officially supported by Windows 11, gaming performance can be disrupted. Unsupported CPUs may have a minus even more remarkable because they do not yet include Mode Based Execution Control (MBEC). In all cases, the beta tests (October 6-7 and October 8-9) will start at 9 a.m. on all platforms on which Battlefield 2042 will be released. Dolby Vision technology has become available on Xbox Series X / S consoles, making Microsoft’s next-generation machine the first gaming console to support Dolby Vision.
More specifically, Microsoft’s technology has been present in streaming and movies since 2018 but is getting gaming support for the first time. Thanks to the introduction of the technology, more than 100 released and future games will receive full Dolby Vision support, while the graphics of thousands of classic HDR10 and Auto HDR games will also be improved.

Dolby Vision Series X / S is compatible with nextgen features such as DirectX Raytracing, Automatic Low Latency Mode (ALLM), which is responsible for interrupted and smooth gameplay, Variable Refresh Rating, and 120 FPS support.
Dolby Vision improves image contrast, brightness, color, and graphic detail, making games run even nicer on Redmond’s next-gen consoles. Thanks to the collaboration between Xbox and Dolby, the Dolby Vision technology toolkit has become available to developers, so we get nextgen games with even more excellent graphics in the future.

One of the big numbers in the current console generation is the DualSense controller, which simulates the resistance of weapons or ground conditions with its adaptive triggers and haptic feedback.
The Xbox Series X / S game controller doesn’t have such extras ( but they can still be! ), But it does have many other good things, such as easy switching between devices. Well, this feature is extended to a couple of other Xbox gamepads.
We reported on it as early as September that Xbox Insiders have received a firmware update that will also give Xbox One controllers with Bluetooth, the Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, and Xbox Adaptive Controllers the “double-tap” feature.

We can see this now in action, courtesy of Xbox specialist James Shields, who revealed in a video that yes, it works with an Xbox One game controller as well. You can simply quickly double-tap the “pairing” button on the back of the gamepad to return to the previous device and from there to the newly connected machine in a similar way.
This way, you can easily switch between your PC and Xbox, but you can even switch from mobile to PC or console. The procedure was a little more playful in the past, so now, this double-tap will come in handy.
The feature is officially called Bluetooth Low Energy, by the way, and it also works with Windows 10 PCs and Apple devices over iOS 15 in addition to Android phones and Xbox.
Another significant achievement of the firmware update will be Dynamic Latency Input, i.e., DLI, which will significantly shorten these controllers’ signal response delay time, i.e., the other mentioned game controllers will be more responsive, like the Xbox Series X / S.
Microsoft has not announced when this update is available to the general public, but we will probably receive it during the fall.
